products or by providing us with any information via the site, you

What information do we collect from you?You

In general, we collect information that enables us to operate the site

fixing problems, assisting with investigations by law enforcement,
governmental authorities or others, collecting any fees owed to us,
enforcing the User Agreement and complying with applicable legal

We may collect listing, bidding and purchase informationWe
may collect information actively generated by the listing, bidding for
or purchase of a product or other use of the site. We use this
information to facilitate the operation of the site and analyze and
support the operation of the site.

you browse or use our website, we may gather navigational and
clickstream data that shows what pages are visited and how long various
features are used. We may also collect information about the URL you

A seller or bidder who alleges fraud or deception in a transaction
conducted via the Site may notify us of that allegation by email or
mail to either of these addresses. We will review any such allegations,
and to the extent permitted by law, may make a seller's or bidder's

provided to us by that seller or bidder) available to the seller or
bidder who alleges fraud or deception by such other seller or bidder.
