The Auctions Site is not intended for or directed to persons under the age of 18. By registering with us or using this website to list or bid for products or by providing us with any information via the site, you represent to us that, if you are an individual, you are 18 years of age or older and that any information you provide to us about a third party is for a third party that is 18 years of age or older.

What information do we collect from you?
You must be registered with our website poultrybid.com to use our services. In general, we collect information that enables us to operate the site and to provide services and features that may be of interest to you. Although you may browse the site without providing any personal information about yourself to us, if you choose to register with us in order to be able to list products on the site or to bid for products, we will require you to provide personal contact information and other information as described below and in the registration forms. If you provide personal contact information to us, you may later access and modify it, and remove it from our system, subject to certain limitations described below. You may also choose simply not to provide your personal contact information at the point of collection.

Accessing, reviewing and modifying your personal information
You may review and modify your user name, password, email address and other contact information, shipping information and user preferences by going to the Preferences area on your homepage. You are required to correct or update your personal information if it is inaccurate or it changes. We will deactivate your registration upon your request made to auctions@poultrybid.com in accordance with our registration deactivation procedures and applicable law. After we deactivate your account, we will keep some or all of your personal information and other information we have collected about you and your history using the site for the purposes of detecting and preventing fraudulent activities, resolving disputes, fixing problems, assisting with investigations by law enforcement, governmental authorities or others, collecting any fees owed to us, enforcing the User Agreement and complying with applicable legal requirements.

We may collect your name, address, phone number, and email address.
When you use our website, we may request your first and last name, home or other physical address, including your street name and address and name of your city or town, your telephone number or other "real world" contact information. We may request your email address, which we may use to contact you regarding your use of the Site or for marketing purposes. You may alter the frequency with which you receive these emails in your user preferences. We may also request your birthyear to verify your age.

Ratings, messages and correspondence
If you use the site, other users may post comments about you using our feedback. We collect these comments as well as the associated comments. We also collect comments you post, and any communications you may have with us or that third parties may have with us concerning you. If you browse or use our website, we may gather navigational and clickstream data that shows what pages are visited and how long various features are used. We may also collect information about the URL you visited before and after visiting the site, your IP address and information about your browser. We could be required to disclose information to governmental authorities or third parties. If poultrybid.com should ever file for bankruptcy or merge with another company, we may sell the information you provide to us to a third party or share your personal information with the company we merge with. Consequently, although we follow reasonable technical and management practices to help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system, we cannot assure you, and you should not expect, that your personal information and private communications will always remain confidential.

Mechanism for complaints or inquiries
We require bidders and sellers to register with us and to provide certain information to us. We retain and use that information as described in our Auctions Site Privacy and Security Policy. Sellers and bidders may submit complaints or inquiries to us by email at auctions@poultrybid.com A seller or bidder who alleges fraud or deception in a transaction conducted via the Site may notify us of that allegation by email or mail to either of these addresses. We will review any such allegations, and to the extent permitted by law, may make a seller's or bidder's name, address, telephone number and electronic mail address (as provided to us by that seller or bidder) available to the seller or bidder who alleges fraud or deception by such other seller or bidder.

What are cookies? Why do we use them?
Cookies are very tiny text files that are stored on your computer when you visit certain webpages that record your preferences. We use cookies to keep track of some of your preferences and to remember you when you return to the site. In addition, if you view a webpage created by another user, it may contain cookies inserted by that user.

How long do we keep user information?
We keep user data on our server or in our archives for as long as we are required to do so by law or otherwise as long as we reasonably need it. Winning bidders and sellers have access to the user name, email address, shipping address (of buyers) and other contact information of one another. Users are granted a limited license to use the personal information about other users obtained through the site or otherwise in connection with transactions on the site solely for the limited purposes of (i) communicating with the seller or winning bidder, as applicable, to arrange the purchase, sale and delivery of an item in accordance with the User Agreement, this Policy and applicable laws, rules and regulations, (ii) using services offered by or through us, and (iii) other purposes but solely if and to the extent that another user expressly authorizes you to use that information for another specific purpose. However, you are prohibited from disclosing any personal information about another user to any third party without the express consent of both (i) that user and (ii) us. If another user expressly authorizes you to collect or use his, her or its personal information for any purpose, you must provide that other user with a way to review the information you collect, to modify that information, and to require you to remove that information from your database and files. Please note that you are not allowed to use personal information you learn about another user from the site or transactions conducted via the site to send commercial emails or other commercial communications of any nature (spam or otherwise) or to add any such information to a mailing list or database unless the other user has expressly consented to your doing so.
